Lexus atrac works very well. I’d like to add if you use your compressor for tires it gets very hot under the hood. Be wary of melting electrical wires.
Very informative. Where did you buy the ARB lockers and who installed them. Trying to figure out if I could tackle this on my GX470, though looking only to do the rear.
Curious how my Lexus Sedan GS AWD works. RWD based AWD system. Same trans as the GX. There is supposedly a center planetary open diff split 70/30 Rear/Front torque split. If any slippage is detected a clutch locks that locks center diff (may be variable) . There is a wire going into it. I guess it can be controlled with some voltage. Just traction control for front and rear diff. Wonder it could accommodate an air locker.
WTF is up with the stupid music…?!? The rear air bags are Junk especially after 100k miles… it’s Way cheeper to put a suspension lift and air shocks delete the fix the rear air shock system
