Mileage went down from 20mpg to 19.5mpg 70% city/30% Hway. Note that the
old filter element was never changed since new. Rule of thumb (unless you
drive on dusty roads) is to change every 2 years or 24,000 miles. From now
on, I’ll be checking it every 10K. When holding the old filter against
light, it was filthy and clogged. 1 MPG improvement will cover the cost of
the filter after 5 tank refills of gas.
Looks like the camera was not positioned far enough. Two of the clips
aren’t seen will be easily figured out. Its my first YT video so bear with
the glitches.
Good job! I like the clear instructions and extra commentary. You should
post more instructional videos on fixing the RX.
