I knew it wasn’t the alternator from the start. you said they already
replaced it, and still had the problem. its VERY rare to buy an alternator
that’s bad. they test them before they ever hit the shelf. its for sure
possible, but very rare to buy any part that is bad right out of the box.
now you wasted money on two alternators and have another one that’s still
good, and haven’t even found out what the problem is. also you need to get
a decent multimeter and load tester. some of these guys at the parts stores
dont know their ass from a hole in the ground, and don’t know how to test a
battery. you cant rely on them to know if a battery is good or not. I would
highly suspect the battery first. I would load test it, and also cold cramp
amps test it. I have seen batteries that have had good steady voltage,
passed a load test, but were still not starting the car. you have to have a
cold cranking amps tester to make fully sure a battery is up to snuff.

Dam!!, did you check for voltage drops on the battery live to alternator
with everything powered up to create a load?

Has that alternator got a “battery sense wire”?

It looked so good at the start, i expected 13.8-14.2v, and it acheaved that
easy.
