Thanks Elliot. Armed with your video, i had the knowledge to replace my
broken tail light. The dealer would have charged $240 for parts and
$45/hour for labor.
A couple notes that might help anyone else trying to replace this tail
light:
– The Lexus comes with a toolkit that includes a 10 mm wrench, so you can
use
that for the long bolt
– I had to use quite a bit of force to remove the light. A flat head
screwdriver
in the groove between the light and body helped.
