Landrover Discovery 2 TD5 Auto injector loom replacement

Landrover Discovery 2 TD5 Auto injector loom replacement

Replacing the injector loom on my Discovery. Oil had got past the O rings and down to the ECU, contaminating the plug. Long job, but not too hard.

Yes they do, a big lump of a thing. They have a habbit of seizing too, so they are always under load and sap power. Looking forward to the videos!

Does the td5 have a viscous fan like the V8 on my range rover? If so I’m switching to a kenlowe when I get mine to save fuel and increase revs. My old defender110 had a viscous too and i changed to a kenlowe and the difference in revs and sound was very pleasing. I’ve not had a disco yet so I’m looking forward getting mine in around 10 weeks or so. Nice vids and I’ve subbed. 🙂

Btw I’ll also be getting a GoPro hero 2 or 3. I’ve found a 12 mile long green lane in Wales and it’s all mine lol.
