Land Rover Series 3 Restoration Part 7 – Bulkhead repairs

Land Rover Series 3 Restoration Part 7 – Bulkhead repairs

What I have been fearing the most in this project was the bulkhead repairs.
Rust everywhere, and both footwells completely destroyed.
Upper part is not having a good time either.

In this part, I will be stripping the bulkhead for stuff, and starting fixing driverside (LHD) footwell and pillar.

Next time continuing repairs with bulkhead

** I may need to mention, I’m no mechanic, so anything you see in this video, may not be the correct way to do this. This is meant as a timelapse/build vlog instead of as a repair guide šŸ™‚ **

Good job
Iā€™m just glad I found one that was in good condition (ex-army) but I had half inch of paint to remove to find the metal.
