What are the small recessed holes in the top of the dash near the rubber grommet tubes for? I'm doing the same job now but can't remember what they were for…
Very nice job.
Do you installed the EPS? I tought i saw it on your steering colum. What type of EPS do you use?
Excellent video!
Where did you get the Dashboard
Glad I've got a ser 2. No dash to worry about!
Nice work. I am at that stage now. I have cleaned and painted the part with the two vent comtrols and am now just starting on the big part with the clips and screws.
First video I see and a very nice job indeed. Personally I also like restoration videos where you see people actually working on their cars (and not only the result) so one can learn the tricks of the trade so to speak. Nevertheless ATB Marc – Belgium
My next job fingers crossed it turns out as well as yours I also need to replace the leatherette on my dash
Nice job. I do similar job of my s3
Fantastic job and it looks great. Funny the cat at 6:10. We have a shop cat that is always in and out of vehicles as we work on them. Cheers!
I really like your approach to the missing dash panel sections. Very neat job. Thanks for sharing.
Nice LandRover.
I use to have a series 3 LWB, I fitted a 4.1 litre ford engine with an automatic transmission.
I also got a 25% over driven transfer case, I also fitted power steering from a 1970’s RangeRover.
Above 130kph was a bit hairy at times
Where did you source the vinyl covering from and what sizes did you order?
You really do great work, looking forward to next episode 🙂
