Land rover LR3 Worn Lower control arm bushing

Replaced the front air struts and then the lower bushings started making noise. I guess because the new struts are more stiff than and old ones.

Thanks Robert for the video, I have 07 lr3 that needs new arms I bought the
replacement bushings but they are a pain to replace, they cost 200 which is
the price of one arm but I can’t find someone willing to press them in,
every shop I went to don’t do them.
