Great videos mate! You have some great skills and sounds like you have a
great dad, I wish my sons were interested in stuff, your camper’s cool,
lucky barrrrrstard, living in Australia, if your landy was ere in uk it
would have dissolved by now ha ha.
always nice to see how an expert does it.. very inspiring and great
craftsmanship
Interesting conversion mate……
Great set of videos so many thanks. I’m doing my 300tDi soon so I’d like to
ask a few questions.
If I’ve understood correctly over the series of videos. You started with
Dynamat, then added 12mm(?) closed-cell foam, then formshield(?) of various
thicknesses and then marine carpet.
If you were doing it again would you do it the same? If not, what would you
change?
Did you have any difficulties with the adhesives you used for the various
bondings (and what did you use?)?
Wow.
I am super keen on a defender – your skills are amazing mate. How do you
know how to do all these things ?
Wiring, welding, electrics, pumps, streuth mate.
Looking fantastic. Like the look of the LED work lamp, I’ll have to have a
look for a supplier here in UK. Hope you went for a good steering box, I’ve
heard horror stories about the cheaper ones. I recently fitted a new
‘Adwest’ box to my discovery. Keep up the good work, very inspirational.
Happy New Year from Scotland.
Wow! I’m now watching this channel everyday for updates! Great work!
Engels are the best portable fridges/freezers

I like all the mods you’ve done and they have given me inspiration for my
92 troopy. I’m not biased to brand but function and performance mods apply
to any vehicle and they speak of you. Looking forward to some of your
future adventures and tips.
Brilliant, keep up the good work.this is giving me some great ideas.
I dont recommend carrying fuel in the passenger compartment, it really
should be external to the vehicle.
