I switched to using those a while ago and yes you do go through them like
mad but heck they are so much quicker cutting, it saves a lot of time. I
would not go back to the standard stuff now.
Thanks for 4 video, I’ve been using then for cutting corrugated plastic
sheets/guttering and pvc fascia, so much faster than a saw. Wish I had had
one for cutting stainless steel cooker hood vents , instead of snips ,wot a
pain!
Back off the pressure a wee bit when cutting thicker stuff. They over heat
and fall apart. I was cutting 12mm plate with one the other day!
Yep. They are a bit more sensitive though.
