Hello people! In this video I will replace my John Craddock Rockslider with Rockslider from MP4x4.
The reason why I am replacing them is very simple: I had to paint or restore my old Rocksliders every year because of my offroad tires. But now that I say goodbye to the BF Goodrich KO2 and have new tires on the Land Rover Discovery 4 or LR4, I thought I need new Rocksliders.
The MP4x4 Rockslider are easy to install and you can use the existing holes of the Land Rover. If you still have the plastic cover on your Discovery, you must first remove it. But this is very simple, because this protection is only attached to the vehicle with retaining clips.

Hi Peter, thanks for sharing your experiences. Those look awesome and I wish I never bothered to install the standard side steps. But maybe next time I’ll change to those sliders (mine will rot in two years anyway). Tell me, how much protection do those give to the rear arch liners? You know, where all the mud and moisture collects to rot the arch from the inside out? All the best. Ty
