I also have the entanglement problem described by PeterOZ61. Does someone know how to take apart the body that holds the cable in such a way it can be assembled again?
I've pulled mine on and off a few times. It seems to get tangled inside. I got it going again by spraying copius amounts of WD-40 into it then clamping it to a bench and sus[pending several heavy bar bell weights to the end. I then simply wind in and out till the tangle unfrees itself. Worked for me!
