Hi Mile. Great job. I have the same problem. Can you share some details how to remove the headliner? What if I don't fix the crack and just leave it as it is, would the roof shatter one day?
Would it be possible to remove the curtain regulator motor etc…off the new glass and only cut the broken glass from the car and bond the new glass on top of the old unit so we wouldn't have to strip the interior

How many people did you need to carry the glass for install?
Did you have to remove the windshield to get the headliner out?
