In this episode, we remove the dead engine from the chassis of our 2016 Land Rover Discovery 4 3.0L SDV6. We bought this car with 135000 km and a failed engine.

Lots of comments on PowerfulUK this morning about how they saw Simon on LR Time – looks like lots of ud watch both.
Good to see Simon visiting you from UK, Keep on with your excellent videos…
The banter between you two folk is always enjoyable, and hearing that Vera doesn't know who the Stig was, was very amusing for a motoring enthusiast. Wikipedia states there were 9 international versions of Top Gear in addition to the original, with an audience reach of 350 million.
Good on yer mate a good cup of cha (Tea) is worth a thousand prayers. I'll bring you a box of tea sometime this year and I have another goodie for you two too! Great video goes without saying have a good week .
Hi Christian, have you checked the entries in the online Service History of the Car? Maybe there is an entry about a gearbox job?
Cup of Tea. Like a proper Englishman.
I wonder how many nuts Christian will find in the wood chips at the bottom of his pit ? Maybe you need a trained squirrel ?
I have the same Gedore socket set very good apart from the red corner pieces forever falling off. Many thanks for the videos I am a big fan and I cannot wait until my friend’s LR breaks down so I can say I can fix that ! I will then be checking your catalogue and pretending it’s all from memory!
What a treat that Simon of PowerfulUK stopped by. I'll be looking out for the two you returning the visit across the Channel.
You must be proud now, having Land Rover Royals to visit you.
Et oui c’est plus difficile avec une boîte automatique quand le moteur est bloqué fallait prendre une boîte manuelle
Another great video, cannot wait to see what you find once you strip the engine apart, personally after watching another of your engine strip downs I'm going to say spun bearing on the crank (dumb-ass idea of no locators on the bearings) & it's blocked the oil gallery holes
sunday viewing compleat… thanks for another good video
When you mentioned Simon the first time, I thought: Simon, what Simon. Then I saw "The Stig" and I thought: Ah, it's Simon. Wonderful.❤
