THE LAMBORGHINI I GAVE MY GIRLFRIEND IS UNDRIVEABLE

Today the Lamborghini Urus I gave my girlfriend has broken and we are attempting to fix it. We also transform the Nissan GTR with a brand new wrap!

If you ever track a car in the future, put two plates of metal under the wheels you want to adjust. The problem is the wheels stick to the floor so won’t ever get it perfect without having something that moves with the wheels. We do the same technique on Porsche racecars but put plates underneath to help the wheels move freely.

How about wheels with both Black colour and chrome? Or faded from the Black center to Chrome Edges?

I'd repair that carbon. Super glue very thin and wick it in

The Mags color sticks out like a sore thumb. It doesn't work , bronze might look better with the green

When you charged it, did you use a charger that has a lithium charging option? Standard car battery chargers are not likely to work with Lithium.

@leondavibe says:

normally the lithium batteries have a bms to protect it from running down to zero to prevent cell damage nothing to help you out some bms's have an emergency setting allowing you to use the battery to start and then will start charging the moment the car starts , but yea have only seen one bms like that most don't do this

this bms doen't let the battery come out of protection mode until it sees power the problem is some smart chargers do the same they want to see some voltage to see the battery as present

so the they are each waiting for the other, you can fool them ie put the charger on the battery then jump start with another battery , for a few seconds then both see voltage then bms then lifts protection mode and the charger sees the voltage and see battery as present and starts charging , once this happens you can remove the jump battery

the cell inside the battery can sometimes go out of sync and if not balanced properly then it won't accept a proper charge
as the charging/ discharging only happens if all cells are in safe range so the strongest cell dictates how much you can charge at the top and the weakest cell limits you at the bottom

ie if you have one cell totally flat and the others 90% full all you can charge the battery is 10% since the full cells will hit top voltage and bms stops charging

and then the moment you use the battery that weak cell will hit bottom voltage quick if you use a some power cranking etc and cause bms shutdown, opening it up and charging each cell to full or using a balancer solves the problem

not feeling that colour at all, just needs some "murphy" stickers and chevrons (google "murphy utilities van") ohhh nooooo….

bronze wheels for sureeeee

@leondavibe says:

if you jacked up the car taking weight of the wheels , you gotta apply some weight like you would do a shock check so the suppension can settle , when the guys adjust the wheel allignment you will see the sometimes hanging on the car rocking the suspension and then leaving it to settle , often they do ths after every adjustment cause you might have it deform the tire or have the ball joint resting in an unatural position and when the car drives it settles and suddenly the measurement is out again
(they also have plates on ball bearings that allow the wheel to move in any direction and thus remove the deforming on tire etc cause the wheel isn't stuck in one spot , and a tool to hold the steering wheel straight while you adjust)
