do you need a stupid red box thing for every sensor you hook up?
Thinking about putting these in a 2013 but my question is do I still have to buy the wide and module even though the car has a wide and from the factory or will it simply read it once its plugged in? Trying to decide between this and the aeroforce but I’m impressed with this. Really would like to make an informed decision and I hope you won’t tell me it’ll work when it really won’t just to make a sale. Lol. Thank you.
Yes, the gauges are showing different units. The DM-6 can be programmed to read standard or metric units for any of the parameters.
It was the same bank (EGT2) but the right was in Faranheit and the left in Celcius.
I’m also very impressed by those gauges. Will certainly use them in turbo projects !
Hi Paul. VERY impressed with your serial communications/multiplexed display interface. PLX is very appropriate name for your product line. Just happened to notice, near the end of the video, that one bank’s EGT was basically double the other bank’s EGT on the V10. Any idea what that is about ? Thanks, John
