their good for acceleration but top speed is shit. Maybe 130mph tops no
torque, better opt for a turbo`d Honda type r k20 motor.
Where was the surprise? Looks like the Mini driver overtook a car that was
barely aware it was being overtaken…

Lamborghini Gallardo scared like shit.. haha
K20 is far too much weight above the front axle. I drove mini swaps with b,
k, and motorcycle swaps. The honda swaps screw up the wonderful handling
that make the original mini so amazing. They are not intended for that much
torque. With the r1 it would torque steer like crazy laying patch through
3rd fighting torque steer the entire time….. I was not a fan of the
understeer and torque steer issues with the Honda swaps
Love the sound of a bike engine in a mini!
Would be nice to see some times that it runs. Hard to believe it would be
much faster than the Lambo considering a stock r1 bike runs 9.8s with a pro
rider and only weighs 470 lbs.

mini’s a beast, sounds sweet would love to do a project like that but i’m
sure its got to be pretty expensive. i’m sure that would give the lambo a
little run for its money :)
