You’re killin me man, not even BANANAS?!!! lol I love how you boldly put it
with the curse words and stuff. lol I know I shouldn’t encourage the
cursing, but I have to admit, for some reason it gets through to me and
motivates me more. lol It also makes me laugh for some reason. Thank you
for your time in making this video. I shall check out your other ones for
sure. God Bless you.

I was a strict vegan for 12 months and and it didn’t help my condition .I
have also tried Chinese herbs, UV and clinical medications. HELP!

NICHOLAS: Thank you for this video. I got it on my back and scalp, but it’s
not much. Thank GOD it’s not visible to anyone. It does keep me from
wanting to take my shirt off. On my back, its only in one spot and it’s
about the size of my hand. Luckily I don’t have it as bad as you did. Do
you recommend any shampoos that supposedly help Psoriasis? Will it take me
12 weeks of clean eating to get rid of it since mine is no where as severe?
This is good timing for me because I wanted to start eating healthier. So a
good diet of frozen veggies and boiled chicken would be great? Do the
veggies have to be frozen? Are pickles ok? Do we have to use the
supplements? This gives me a big reason to stick to a diet. Thank you so
much for this and I pray that it works!

+nashvillesrock +Darren Valdez Hey guys thanks for the questions. I don’t
smoke myself but I have heard/read that smoking can certainly be a trigger.
I can imagine that habit will be hard to give up. Without preaching on that
subject, because I know you have heard it all too often, I say just suck it
up and give em up for a while. Just think “More money in my pocket + clear
skin + a million other positive health benefits” that should keep you
going. And if you really just love cigarettes that bad you can always pick
up your habit again in 4-6 months, though I wouldn’t recommend it haha!

When giving up any vice just tell yourself, 2 weeks. I only have to suffer
through the first 2 weeks. Then it will become very easy.

Good Luck on that one though, I got faith in you guys!

+Nicholas Lamborghini: I was already following a diet similar to the one
you prescribed in this video but seeing the before and after images really
drove home the point about gut health and immune system. Happy to announce
that in spite of cheating every now and then my psoriasis is clearing up
nicely. Thank you for making this video and offering hope where none exists
in dermatologists’ offices. 🙂 I would love to interview you over email for
my blog +Psoriasis Recovery about your psoriasis recovery protocol if you’d
care to spare some time.

+Nicholas Lamborghini Hey man Just wanted to say Thank You for providing
such vital information and showing that results are possible! I myself have
psoriasis and Tinea Versiclor (TV), which is another chronic skin
condition. I’ve gotten rid of the tv fo now, and most of the psoriasis.
Mine wasn’t too bad, but bad diet and drinking def made it go wild at
times.. I’ve been on a great diet for a few months now. The only grain I
have is Quinoa. I have a few questions about foods. Are pre work outs /
Beta Alinine ok? Also Garbonzo beans, Avacado, Green Tea. Also is canned
Tuna ok as well as Qunoa Pasta? Also is Gluten free whole wheat carbs
eventually ok you think? These were kind of ones I wasn’t sure about. BTW
I’m thinking of doing a cleanse and didn’t know if you had a suggestion of
one, or style that works. Thanks Man!

You definitely did your home work. Thanks for the video. Discipline is the
key.

I had serious psoriasis for over 20 years and although not totally cured (
small patches on my legs and arms but better than before.) I am convinced
the only treatment is a healthy diet. I juice most of my fruits and
vegetables, occasionally eat red meat and usually have chicken or fish. I
switch between lunch and dinner to eat solid foods. Processed foods and
sugar are poisons.

Another reason to eat a healthy diet when you have psoriasis is to get all
of the essential nutrients your body needs to function properly and
maintain energy.
———————————————————————–
This is a good definition of psoriasis:

Psoriasis (sore-EYE-ah-sis) is a medical condition that occurs when skin
cells grow too quickly. Faulty signals in the immune system cause new skin
cells to form in days rather than weeks. The body does not shed these
excess skin cells, so the cells pile up on the surface of the skin and
lesions form.
—————————————————————————–

The immune system in definitely not acting correctly when psoriasis is
present. A good healthy diet has been know to help the immune system

Thanks again for the video. My prayers go out to all who have psoriasis.
Remember, you are what you eat.

Hey Nick, thanks for making this video. I have some questions, however.

1. Is this diet healthy? I can’t help but think that something is missing
with the omission of fruits and such repetitiveness. You mentioned going to
the gym while on the diet, so I assumed you felt energized and healthy,
but, I don’t know.
2. How do you prevent the psoriasis from coming back? I imagine this would
involve avoiding whatever started the psoriasis. But what foods do you
think those are?

Thanks.

James Hickey says:

4 weeks today I’m on this diet. You definitely get used to not eating
sugars and your body seems to adapt to the lack of sugar presence. I’m not
saying it’s easy but it’s not that hard either. Still seeing no signs of
improvement though unfortunately. i will keep going with it for a few more
weeks though and see if i note any improvements. when you say yours started
clearing at 6 weeks do you mean it looked less red than before or gone in
general? also did you use any treatment while you were on this diet. is it
ok to eat raw almonds after week 4 because snaking is a balls!

Thanks a lot, bro! Honestly appreciate the time you put into this. I also
love how you didn’t try to sell me anything. Gonna try to stick to this
diet.

For those who don’t want to watch the video:

Don’t eat grains, dairy, processed food or sugars (including fruit).
DO eat fresh meat and green vegetables.

From my experience, also flush your body out by drinking 4 cups (1L) of
water every 2 hours a day every 2 days or so. Do this when you’re at home
though because you’ll be in the bathroom a LOT.

Marco Antonio says:

Ok, so I’ve delt with psoriasis for a large chunk of my life… it started
when I was 17 and I am now 30…. I have tried everything. Including
topical creams, pills, and even shots 2 times a week…. I went from 82%
body coverage to 46% on the shots but it never really went away. Now I’m
back to about 70%. The thing is, I’m lactose intolerant, and I don’t really
have much of a sweet tooth…. This is your first video I watch, and I plan
to watch more, but I’m wondering what I am eating wrong. Yes I have grains,
and breads, but never anything that has white in it. I do drink almond
milk….. what do u recomend I try or cut out of my diet…. I am a big
guy, but I think its more from lack of excercise than what I eat, because I
love veggies, and feel weird about eating any meat I didn’t freeze myself,
since you never know how long its been frozen… Please Help…….
