Your manual instructions have the pins being installed wrong! Dangit DJI (
> _ < ) and look at difference between @2:25 and @2:27 with the 3rd and 4th pins installed... Not consistent instructions and the design is bad because the pins are in the way of full gimbal movement.
will there ever be a release for a Zenmuse H4-3D? or will we have to use
the hero 3 gimbal for the hero 4?
Hmmm beginning to thing you guys are dicks. My unit did not come with any
M2.5×5 screws but 12 x M3x5. I called tech support but just get cut off
each time. Awesome stuff so far!
Having a problem connecting the gimbal 8-Pin cable to the anti-interference
board. I simply won’t connect, do I have to replace this 8-Pin cable?

Just installed my gimbal, and I’m incredulous. I have to SCREW IN my
GoPro? What a ridiculous design. Like I plan on leaving it there forever.
And in addition to that, I have to unplug that flimsy ribbon wire to get
to the micro SD card. Why not thumb screws like all the other mounts? So I
need a special Allen wrench to get my GoPro on and off? Perhaps they need
to hire some industrial designers who have a clue about how to design a
product to be actually used, not just technical knowledge to build it.
Whan i power on phantom and gimbal stating to stabilation, camera is
pointing down. Is this normal, every time i must tilting camera up to base
position? Tnx
I have the Phantom 2 Vision , is it possible to remove the camera installed
and put the Vision + or GOPro ?
My gimbal will be here by Tuesday
1. You say i can mount the Interference board in side, will there be long
wire in the kit?
2. All of this is for outer part of installation , were can i find the full
installation guide?
3. Will all the wires will come with the kit?
4. Should i receive CGU unit ( i don’t know what it is, but some people
have been talking about it ) in the kit ?

I ordered the DJI phantom 2 + Zenmuse H3-3D. Mine did not come with the
anti interference board like the one in the video. It came with something
called the GCU V2 which is a little black box with red and black wires
coming from it. I do not know how to set it up. And there is nothing on it
on the internet. PLEASE HELP!

I have a phantom vision 2 and I disappointed with the results of the
camera, is the worst product ever. I want to remove the egg camera and
replace with the new camera from the phantom 2+. Can I do this or not?

The conection cable will tear up with in 1 week use , you need to access
the sd card evreytime when its full and you have to disconnect and connect
that cable everytime so sensitive it will break even if you do it gently,
many of us gimbal users has this big problem for now and theres no
solution yet and NO SPARE PARTS for that , DJI engineers did not think of
that or tried a test before shooting it out on the market,

Thank you so much for this video. After a week of trying to get my Zenmuse
installed, I was tired to useless pdfs and long unending narratives. This
video was excellent and I got it done in less than an hour You guys rock!.
What do I do when I see parts of the drone in my videos
Them locking pins have to be the worst design of anything I’ve ever seen.
They prevent the product from working!
I do not like the fact that there are different versions of this gimbal.
One with usb and other without. Also using the secure pins is a bad
solution cause the range of movement of the gimbal on yaw is limited by
side where the pin stands out. Better solution is using zip tie. Also on
back side a zip tie can be mounted.
What is the purpose of inserting the video output board connector into the
mini-usb port into the camera?
Can you confirm if this version of the H3-3D will charge / power the GoPro?
I have the older unit that plugs into the back of the camera…the big flaw
in this idea is that the ribbon cable for video needs to be fiddled with
every time you change your sd card…that flimsy looking ribbon is going to
be a weak point and crack or break after the thirtieth time unplugging and
plugging it back in!
So, the Zenmuse is no longer able to get video from the rear connector of
the GoPro? Is this why I can’t get video off my H3-2D as well?
FYI. Mine isn’t M2.5×5 it’s M3x5…..
How do we know that we are ordering the latest version online for the
Phantom 2? Any hint as to which online vendors have the latest version with
AV Video out and Anti-interference filter?

you tube connect the other way.

Seems to me with this gimbal, you’re getting the landing gear in the frame
when it pans L-R . With out the 2-D you pivot the Phantom on its yaw axis
to pan L-R and the gear isn’t in the shot. Am I wrong?
