So, I also have the Steam version, but whenever I lead OpenIV to the
correct folder in Steam/SteamApps/common/Grand Theft Auto IV, Open IV says
that gtaiv.exe isn’t in that folder even though it is. I’ve double checked,
and it is definitley in that folder. What should I do?
instructions were unclear and got my dick stuck in my computer

The vehicle mod installer makes my gta iv close every time open it.

Okay soooo i open up OpenIV i put my GTA folder locaction and it says:
Blah, blah, blah run as administrator blah, blah.
And i run as admin AND IT STILL SAYS THE SAME FUCKING THING!

not working. when i tried to do it, i downloaded winzip and it still not
working. then i downloaded the mod i wanted, but something pops up and says
“View and track your downloads” and then it shows the mod i downloaded and
says “do you want to open or save this file?” then it gives you options
which one to do, so i clicked open, and then some windows thing pops up for
1 second and disappears. and i kept trying it over and over and over again
and its not working. is there an easier way to do this? or maybe an easier
way to download mods, because this is probably the hardest way.

This doesn’t work i followed every instruction!
After I installed the vehicle mods I went into the game and started to use
the modded car, after about a minute my screen started shaking and my car
started to drive by itself.

i have windows 8/ 8.1 your setup is different than mine however so far
you’re the only person on youtube thats made this much easier to
understand. I am trying to get vehicles and character skins but since the
computer setup is different i am having problems. I did however get the
link you posted for vehicles not the one for character reskins do not know
which one that is.
This is a very helpful Tutorial and it does work!

i can’t find the gtaIV.exe folder
can u help , i put all mod in the openiv like u, but when i open the game,
press the play, and it should show up some pic,but after 2 pic it stop
