2017 Kia Optima overheating. Replaced the fan. Noted the coolant in the reservoir was fine but in the radiator it was low. Added coolant to the radiator. Started the car. Eventually tempurature rose to the middle of the band. Stayed there half an hour. Figure it's fixed. No. After giving it back to my friend he says it overheated again. I am thinking the thermostat and radiator are fine as after cold start it eventually heats up and stays in the middle of the band. But later it'll over heat. Any ideas would be great.

if i cut my kia on and the fan doesn’t cut on until the car moves is that the fan or the module ?
This is quite different than the control module for a 2011 Kia Sedona.
So it’s not necessary to but a new fan

What if the plug on the battery side of the resistor is burnt out as well? How do I replace that and what is that part #?
