Your instructions and diagram helped me out. But I need to add that I
needed to remove the metal sump gard underneath the engine to get my hands
in around the bottom of the belt. So no hoses were removed.
Spot on.

Hey brother! Does the sorento use a timing belt or chain?

Mate I’ve just changed my belt on a 2003 Kia Sorento, Having done so I must
say your video is probably the worse I’ve seen. This is not the correct way
to change it ! and your hands must be the size of 2 year old to fit down
in-between the belt and the fan! You have claimed to be the first to show
this ! oops why don’t you try again! but this time tell the readers how to
remove it properly i.e. remove the plastic shroud and two hose pipes etc !!
and then what problems they might encounter i.e. what tools to use
otherwise they won’t fit ! I could go on ….if your going to post on
youtube then do it properly ! regards M
