Thanks for that capttoyota – I’m going to be replacing the drivers side sliding door Remote Controller Motor (Actuator) Part # 81447 4D500 over the thanksgiving weekend.
Does it work when operating via exterior handle ?? Yes… replace the electric motor inside the black plastic door module (interior door handle attached to the module, along with the misc cables).
