Do we really have to take it to the dealership or can we just do it ourselves cause I googled it and it says the dealership also has to switch some relay is that true

@catrod222 says:

Thank you so much for this video, I popped the hood and my Kia had the same 2 green 40 amps, I got the correct ones and switched them out, this was very helpful

@yahoo37 says:

My car already has a 30 amp fuse for the abs 1 and it only has 1 abs ,but the dealer says it's a specific fuse they use is that true or can I just use the one it has already

@yahoo37 says:

Can I put these same fuses you put , on my 2013 kia forte

@ecommsquadyt says:

The dealership says it's a 1-2 hour job lol

I have had bitter experiences with my Kia Dealership & recalls. My Soul got broken into and my ignition mechanism, turn signal stalk , & plastic housing got damaged. I had an automotive locksmith shop fix it ( but not the plastic clamshell housing ). The following week, I got one of those recall -ignition upgrade-free, letters & I scheduled an appointment . While in their possession, they proceeded to call me with quotes for the plastic clamshell which I approved. I picked up my car, & discovered on my commute home I didn't have working turn signals. I drove the car back the next day & pointed this out to them. After a few hours they called me & that they need to charge me for both turn signal & headlamps stalk. I reminded them, things WERE WORKING WHEN I ARRIVED. I JUST WANTED THE PLASTIC CLAMSHELL HOUSING REPLACED & that recall installed. If you can't do that. TELL ME , and no ones time is wasted. The service advisor told me to pound sand. Pissed that I was treated this way. Never will I step into Freddy Kia, Houston, Texas, again.

Awesome video, I'm getting ready to take my 2011 Soul in the dealership. I just wanted to see how invasive this repair is.

@robertwhite9898 says:

@sebasrt88 says:
