Just wanted you to know – that your vids really help me a lot – bought an
Elantra for $500 from my friend (103k miles only) who has a warped
cylinder head (because of cracked radiator) – I spent another $500 (used
cylinder head without cams) belts, water pump etc . I was able to repair by
watching your vids – if you live close by here in bay area – i would buy
you a 24 pack beer – thnx again
I use wood shims laid on each end of head to land the head and then pull
shims one at a time to install over dowels. BTW, torque is pronounced
“foot-pounds”

Gee, how about Thank you RatchetsandWrenches for posting this video,
instead of correcting like ass holes. hmmmmm
Hi RatchetsAnd Wrenches, to put on the cilinderhead straight down I use
two long studbolts so its working as a guide.
Thank you from Germany. Well done!! Expect more vids from you. Good Luck.
Correction: 22 ft-lbs not 22 ft/lbs (22 ft per lbs). Just a wrong
instruction man!

correction: threaded rod not threaded screw
to align – I use two old head bolts with heads cut off and a groove cut in
the top to screw in or out – threaded screw also works
