Hey man, removing that protective cap… is there a Phillips head screw directly under it that needs to be removed first (2011) ? I can't get that cap off for the life of me

I just replaced my driver side's bulb of my 2012 Optima over the weekend, and it worked fine for a couple of days but now it's out again. Any thoughts as to why? The warranty just ran out a few months ago, ugh
