The Rio takes the AQ1118 filter. If you go to our site we have a video there for you. The cabin air filter keeps dust, pollen and other things from entering the cabin of your vehicle. This can help with allergies, cleanliness and keeps you from breathing in the dust that accumulates on the filter as you drive down the road.

Thank you sooooo much. I was going to pay $39.99 to get it changed. Now it’s only the cost of the filter. You are awesome!

Exactly what I needed, thanks. Now I know where that funky smell is coming from.

Excellent instructions: But mine had a guide wire as well maybe cause its a 2007. Still was simple just had to slightly close the glove box and push the wire clip through the hole. It was a little tricky putting the clip back as the guide wire wants to retract as you fumble around tring to push the clip back through the hole on re-instillation

Thanks very dirty don’t think it has ever been changed
