I think there is more to your misfire than an ex cam a tooth out. Given
that cam has authority over three cylinders surly it would cause a problem
on all three, which is unlikely. It might be more a problem of neglected
sparkplug maintenance on the rear bank, due to access.

just finished a spark plug & wire change on my 04 Sedona. changed the
timing belt and water pump a while back. van has 147,000 miles on it. all
was needed due to the van never being serviced other than oil changes. its
still running a little rough so Im thinking it could be an injector or coil
pack. after the tune I noticed one of the injectors a little more noisy
then the normal. next project is to check them out. also may tackle the cam
seals. these Kia’s are bad for cam seal leaks. nice vid
