I have a hypothesis. based on all the vehicles that ed has driven and modified by himself and fellow friends i think that eventually he will be driving a Frankenstein of a vehicle that will have so many redundancies as such as two motors that he can switch back and forth if one breaks. Whats better than a two stroke engine? having two of them.
