The amazing power of insulating tape. Surprisingly not the first time I have used it to dodge a blown hose on the side of the road. Pro tip: the stretchy stuff works better. . . . . #jeepgrandcherokee #v8 #landrover #jeepcheroke #offroadadventure #breakdown #bodgejob #cowboymechanic #jeep #mechanicfail #4×4
For rubber hose repair, use Self Amalgamating Tape.
It's a permanent repair.
I've even successfully used it on a blown brake hose, though I wouldn't recommend doing so.
Gentle braking if you do!!
I’m a guy. But this is an atypical guy. Use brute force and get $hit like radiator fluid everywhere. Men rule! Lol
Damn bro just said F it if water gets all on the engines who cares lmao
What’s that tool called?
That's water or oil not coolant unless u did a flush or something
Was not lying about water being in there. Should be coolant
Just replace thermostat
Pretty exciting music
One warning WD40 rots rubber and plastic
I always have jb waterweld putty with me for any leaks doesnt matter what kind lol unless its big af but anything smaller than your palm you can usually get with a tube of the stuff
Can you share which insulating tape you used and what is your procedure installing it.
