Curry recommend that I use a stock length pittman arm on my 03 with the
correctlync. I’ve got 4″ springs and 1.25″ body lift. Does the long arm
setup make it a different situation or something?
Hello. Sorry just saw this. When we setup our full 4″ or 5.5″ kits you will
not have any issues. If you choose the Bilstein shocks they will limit the
amount of travel, and the rear we do add coil retainers top and bottom, in
the front on the bottom. With upgrade kits it depends on the actual spring
and shock combo, but long story short, limiting straps are never a bad
idea. So if your not sure, install them.
It depends on what the customer wants to do. A new setup is required
because of the 4 link rear. Our normal setup is a spin tech 6222 muffler
and then a custom tailpipe. Depending on the year a cat may also be
required. Most customers use that spin tech muffler behind the cat, some
with a turn down right after it, others go to an exhaust shop and have a
custom tailpipe bent around the rear 4 link arms.

Its about the angle. Our 4″ lift runs closer to 4.5″ and we have found that
the angle is close enough that their steering system with our trackbar and
drop bracket, and drop pitman arm steering setup doesn’t cause any issues.
So basically, if I spit springs now with my short arm lift, I really need
to get limiting straps huh? :3
How come you guys didn’t talk about the exhaust modification?
