What kind of terminal block do you have in there? I’m adding a light rail and I need some way to (1) keep my battery area neat (2) limit firewall attacks (3) make it easy to add more lights. You mentioned it briefly but moved on.
I’ll be adding driving and fog lights later and it looks like what you did is my best bet for 1, 2, and 3. You have link or can you point me in the right direction on how to setup a block?

I did pretty much the same. It’s super cheap and My friends were impressed at how it did off road. If you can either get a friend or do the lift yourself. Took me less than 2 hours it’s that simple.
I have heard people concerned about glare but since these were spots.. the light was focused fare ahead and I had no issues with glare myself. I put my flood lights on the bumper to avoid any glare.
They are DayStar switches, you can find them at 4wheelparts on-line. The dash plate was made by DayStar to fit cleanly inside the Wrangler so it looks like it belongs. I fed the power to the switches from the engine bay using my DBox5. I have a few videos on how this was done.
I would like to know more about the Nyrstar (sp?) switches you installed. Do you have a video for them? Do you know part numbers? It seems almost like it was made specifically for JK’s (the plastic housing does not seem out of place at all on your dash). Also did you pull the power from inside the center console or from the dash? Any information would be greatly appreciated, I think it looks awesome.. nice rig.
Wheres your windshield wipers
Yea, think ill just pay someone to install my lights because im horrible with connecting the wiring lol
ok, i feel a little silly after seeing that you made the dbox… where to buy? how fast can i get it?

How big of a lift is on that?
LOL, no just Auto Zone but I think the 4-conductor was from a 330A install back in the day. 🙂
Terminal block from an LVM or GEM? ;)
You likely have the switch wire and power wire backwards. Swapping those may fix your problem.
how did you wire them so the little light on the daystar switch did not stay on
Really nice!!! I love those lights. I got the Slimlite 120 Long range 130w. Can’t wait to try them out.
