The Rzeppa CV Joints can be pricey to replace when worn or damaged, often requiring an aftermarket U-joint and driveline upgrade. Fortunately, the Teraflex Rzeppa High-Angle Factory Replacement CV Joint Kit lets you replace the joint, hassle-free. Furthermore, this joint is high-angle-capable, minimizing damage to the boot that’s common to vehicles lifted 3 or more inches, like your Wrangler JK might be.

This Teraflex Rzeppa High-Angle Factory Replacement CV Joint Kit is precision-machined using high-grade materials to provide the off-road toughness and performance. It’s designed to provide long-lasting service.

In order to maximize the CV Joint’s lifespan, Teraflex engineered a special grease to lubricate it. This grease features a high-viscosity surface bonding characteristic to ensure proper adhesion during high-RPM conditions.

Installing the Rzeppa High-Angle Factory Replacement CV Joint Kit is straightforward as it’s made for a precise fit. Note that liberal packing of grease to the CV Joint is required for proper installation.

The Rzeppa High-Angle Factory Replacement CV Joint Kit is warrantied to be free of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which it was installed. Exclusions will apply.

This Teraflex Rzeppa High-Angle Factory Replacement CV Joint Kit is specifically designed for 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK models.

@jeffreyclark3299 says:

I just finished installing this on my 2012 Rubicon. Great instructions and video,. Best part, the gawdawful noise is gone and it's all working the way it should. Thanks

@UnknownJJP says:

Great part quality however I’m installing it right now and I’m only concerned about removing this at a later date because the bolts go in sideways

@timragsdale9953 says:

This was great video! My wife and I did this project together and this made it easy. Thank you 🙂

@ericcuerdeandrade8377 says:

Would that fit in the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S?

@loydpike8528 says:

So I'm thinking maybe just cover those bolt holes with a bit of tape to make clean up much easier.

@localkane7044 says:

Do a frontier with the 2 piece CV joint driveshaft

@robotseattrees9386 says:

To prevent the grease from getting into my bolt holes I used foam earplugs

@Jeepboy says:

Is it one part number front and rear? Caz I’m doing all in one shot

@jeep_jk_x7183 says:

Will this one for the rear driveshaft

@daviddo3500 says:

Try to do this on the short shaft had no luck it won’t come off it’s almost like it’s a weld it on there

@jeep_jk_x7183 says:

Will this work for the rear axel as well ?

@justjk-ing says:

How did you get the grease in all the bolt holes??

@CyberKaz3 says:

This was a great video honestly. The part saved me a lot of money

@gregbisesi9966 says:

Two words for the teraflex rzeppa joint……gar-bage. Buy a OEM for 1/3rd of the price, I guarantee it’ll last longer than the 10-12,000 miles on the two I installed. Spend the extra money you saved from the teraflex and buy a set of UCAs to correct your pinion angle

@vsvpdom says:

She tightened the cv boot clamp incorrectly. The excess metal should be folded over the metal band running horizontal so that the locking tabs can lock down over the excess and ensure no slippage of the clamp. No way that clamp is tight enough but other than that great video!

@thomaspenland1919 says:

When tightening down the cv joint to the transfer case. I'm finding it difficult to prevent the drive shaft from rotating. Any suggestions?

@duneattack says:

Three comments. First it's an incredible breath of fresh air seeing a young lady do a video typically done by a dude. Rock on, girl! Great Job. Second, great presentation. Third, and the only negative, Loctite ends with a T sound not an H sound. (at 1:53) It's pronounced Lok TIT, not Lok TIH. 🙂
