Great video! I’m having the same issue on my 2006 TJ 4.0. Where did you get
the hose with the flapper inside?
Read the comments below the video, click on the show more tab there is a
link to a thread where I learned of this repair. You can do this yourself
but I have heard of some having a independent mechanic do it. My Jeep
continues to be overflow free.

Got this problem on my 05 lj rubicon and plan on doing this mod when I get
the time, I’m bout tired of the fuel spilling all over my flat flares and
