Best winch made … you can winch a semi truck out of the mud with this
thing

HugeRedneck7 says:

does the winch block the radiator at all or is not a problem?

4WD says:

@PCasey144 If you run the entire spool of wire into the winch or use the
winch for recovery, yes the vehicle should be running. But for just pulling
the wire in a few inches, its ok to not have the vehicle running.

4WD says:

This winch is $1599.99.

slapoutz says:

nice winch but idk about that air compressor… what about when the winch
is submerged.. idk but the air compressor uses an engine… and i dont want
to have to snorkle my winch… that would be weird lol.

GunnerWoodMusic says:

What kind of Kc lights are those? Sweet vid btw

MySamisbest says:

I like winches and what are those rollers for? plz reply and that winch is
to big for that jeep

Da Mudder says:

I have a 86 toyota 4runner.. Would a Warn VR8000-s 8000lb winch be ok? And
is it ok to hook it up to the stock battery?

Chowbizful says:

this winch is all the american perfection in 4×4

NIGHTRIDER995 says:

@JamesE0300 works on any vehicle as long as you have a battery and a good
bumper

4WD says:

If you have a winch mount bumper or winch mounting plate to mount the Warn
9.5cti winch on, it wont be an issue mounting this on your Trooper.

4WD says:

If you are looking for reliability and quality you really can’t go wrong
with a WARN winch. For your LJ I would suggest a 9000lb winch, we have a
few different options or features in the 9000lbs range, it’s all in what
you are looking for. But for your wants and needs you really should stick
with WARN. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

bader175 says:

@TheFullershane no it doesnt its fine 🙂

4WD says:

@HugeRedneck7 Yes it does block a portion of the radiator. But we have yet
to find an instance in which the winch has caused an issue with the
vehicles engine temperature on a Jeep. If you have any further questions,
feel free to ask here or call one of our friendly sales associates.

deafdude6 says:

@TheFullershane i was thinking same thing but maybe its already deigned to
have good air flow direct to grill?

Shane Fuller says:

does it matter that he is covering the grill??

4WD says:

Those are KC HiLites 6″ SlimLite’s. We have a video for those also if you
search KC Lites on the 4WD YouTube channel so you can learn more about the
lights.

Jack Attack says:

I am a rookie when it comes to off roading, jeeps, and winches. I need some
advice on what a dependable and solid winch would be for me. I have a 2005
jeep LJ and want to be able to pull a toyota tundra out of a ditch or
something if needed. What would you guys suggest? Reliability is important,
and I believe in buying quality once, instead of something cheaper and less
reliable. Thanks for your time.

Kaiser Khan says:

thanks for posting. That was some super awesome winch with air compressor.

JamesE0300 says:

does this winch also work for the toyota tacomas.? O.o

sapyboy says:

HOW MUCH COST WINCH HD, HP.?

4WD says:

Your 4 Runner should weigh in around 3700lbs stock. Depending on the
overall weight of the vehicle and modifications made you should be ok with
the Warn VR8000-s. As far as hooking to the stock battery, this shouldn’t
be an issue as long as the battery is charged and not dying.

PCasey144 says:

should you be running the jeep while you use it or are u suppose to turn it
off

slapoutz says:

@JamesE0300 yes but like this jeep you dont need a 12000 pound winch.

Yunan Kti says:

I have a Chevrolet Trooper Gasoline LWB, would a Warn 9.5 cti winch be ok
to installed at my trooper?

4WD says:

@MySamisbest The rollers guide the wire rope onto the spool of the winch.
