Nate Seymour says:

can you install the first bracket without cutting the slit

Abe Velazquez says:

Yes i was able to remove the entire top with just my hands in about 20
minutes

TimboRVA says:

This is actually the Trektop NX and not the Classic Trektop, correct?

hbkiller09 says:

have you hd any problems with it like leaking with rain and how long it
last

RoscoeBa says:

You did a great job on showing this all the way to the end. Your JKU looks
fab!

CAP 10 FRO says:

Awesome video man!

EVILCRISSSTUDIOS says:

how high is your lift and how big are the tires?

MrDabigtank says:

Great vid. P.S awesome jeep

Abe V says:

My lift is 3 1/2 inches from Pro Comp and tires are 35X17’s

Buuba Smith says:

I got one of these and was impatient to wait for warm weather. I put it on
when it was about 68 outside and had to do some steps out of order to get
it to be able to latch in the front. I did it but it wasn’t easy. The next
day, which was yesterday, it was pouring rain. I took it out to check for
leaks. Not a drop. Great top and great look. Just realize that warm weather
really helps an install.

Bradvogen Vogen says:

Thanks for the video, helps a lot with the black and white paper
instructions

Bill Maris says:

love your jeep very nice video thank you for taking the time to make it was
very helpful

ccquinnmd says:

Other trek top videos for the 2 door wrangler say that you cannot ride with
just the rear window out because the sides panels flap way to much without
the tension of that window in place. Have you found that to be so on the 4
door? Very informative video, Thanks!

Buuba Smith says:

Oh, one more thing- Travis, yes you can take the whole thing off without
tools. Haven’t done it yet but I imagine it might take 5 minutes at most.
But I’m keeping mine on and up until it stretches out more.

Mike Nuzzolese says:

Looking to get a soft top for my son. He has a 2012 jeep wrangler unlimited
4 door. first off after testing your, are you happy with their product? How
is the top in the rain, and when driving? Is the wind sound great? How
about security? I know it’s a soft top and if someone wants to get in
anywhere, they will. But I noticed a tie down inside, which is a good
thing? Any recommendations on this product? Also where is the best price
and place to purchase it? My son lives in the LA area. Thanks

Abe Velazquez says:

it was $700 at the local 4 wheel Parts location

Abe V says:

Yes it does fit a 2007

travis buttrey says:

Hey I was wodering if its possible to take the entire top off without
useing tools and removing all the hardware??? because sometimes when i have
passengers in the back of my (4 door wrangler) i want them to experience
the open air feeling! i noticed this top only flips back far enough for the
front seats to experience the open air feeling!!!

Corey Guy says:

Thanks for the video, great job. Mine should be here by Friday! Still
satisfied with the top?

Kitty Hassan says:

Your video is great, btw, thanks for sharing. I’m thinking of buying the
trektop nx for my jku soon, but i have a few concerns. Do you think there’s
a way to install it without cutting the slits? I guess it’s not that big a
deal, but I just feel bad cutting into my brand new car, lol… Also, once
the brackets are installed, can they stay in place when you take the
trektop off and put the hard top back on? Have you tried that with yours?
Thanks for the help!

Corey Guy says:

doesnt this also fit 2007?

Viking99 says:

Well done ! Thanks for the video.

Marks S says:

Thank you. Without your video I would not have even attempted to install
this top. I didn’t even use the instructions that came with the top. I had
the most trouble with the side windows near the door but I ran the heat for
about a half hour and that did the trick. The storage dolly I bought isnt
working out too well but I’m still working on that. Thanks again for the
video. Much appreciated.
