The infamous check engine light came on in my Jeep. I immediately ran a scan on the JK to see what the problem is and the JScan displayed a code, P0128 which translates to the thermostat. The good thing is, this is a fairly inexpensive part and is very easy and quick to install.
With just $20 for the thermostat, $15 for refill antifreeze coolant and 30 min, I was able to knock this issue out in my garage and clear that ugly check engine light on my dash board.
