Good vid… I’m looking to key swap my 06 BMW 325ci for an 06 Jeep TJ… My
main concern was the guy didn’t seem to ‘love’ the jeep, and I notice a lot
of dirt build up under the carpet and all that. I was researching how easy
it would be to remove the carpet and give it a good scrubbing to restore it
to a like-new shine (I’m sorta OCD even with offroad vehicle interiors)
Side note – how do you feel about rhino lining the bottom interior?

do you know if any carpet set for sale? or which aftermarket brand would
you suggest?

Can you do this without removing the front seats ?

Now.. how do you reinstall? Doesn’t look like it would be so easy tucking
it back into everything.

ChaseNetworks says:

Actually re-installing is just as simple. If we ever put the carpet back
into one of the Mudder Trucker Jeeps, we’ll do a video for it. For now
however, if you slide the carpet under the center console first, and align
the rest, it’ll go together quite easily. The space between the floor
boards and the centre console is bigger then it appears.

I pulled the carpet out of my tj and soaked it with purple power degreaser.
Then I blasted it clean with my pressure washer and it came out looking
brand new. Also Jeep carpet dries in a couple hours max if you hang it up.
