I’m actually pitting on my RC 2 inch lift right now. One problem I had with
the rears was that on the driver side, the gas tank skid plate was not
allowing the LCA to fully drop so had to disconnect it. After that it was
smooth sailings from there. Puting the bolt back into the driver side LCA
was a bitch but finally worked. The fronts I’m doing tomorrow. I have it
already dismantled and figured since im already taking strut out might as
well get new ones. Got about 86000 miles out of them so new ones where in
order. This video is great and very helpful. One thing I must say is that
the directions for putting on the rear spacers provided by RC were a bit
vague. It doesnt say which way to place the spacer (it seems obvious now)
so at first try I placed it in upside down. All good now and rears look
great. Also put in new monroe sensa trac shock absorbers with lift leveling
which looks super. Can’t wait till tomorrow when its all said and done. Got
265/70/17 General Grabbers AT2 ready to be installed with 1.5 inch spacers.
