do the KC lights have a wiring harness coming out of them or just two wires
you crimp or sodder together? I want to know if I bought some KCs could I
unbolt them and unplug them without cutting any wires?
I want to buy the toggle switch with the led light, I am concerned if the
led stays on 24/7 because it will kill my battery. Does the led stay on for
your led illuminated toggle switch?
wont draw enough current to matter.

I have a 2001 4.7 liter grand ltd and I installed a 8″ vision x led light
bar and licsense plate bracket.I was’nt sure how to hook up the little red
led on my rocker switch…can i just use a fuse splitter and run it out of
my fuse block to the switch?

Yeah, i think it does! i plan on getting one in the future!
if you buy a boxed set with a harness (not the DIY wiring) there’s no
crimping or cutting. the ends have Deutsch brand waterproof, weatherpack
connectors that you just plug together and turn it on. With the lower
wattage kits that come with “DIY” wiring, you need to make all the terminal
connections yourself.
Hey getjeeping, I want to install some aftermarket fogs(55w) on my XJ. I
was wondering if it’s possible to utilize all the factory harness,
including the stock connectors on the factory fogs? I’m thinking of just
cutting the old lights and installing the plug in some kc lights. That way
I dont need a seperate harness or switch.

You don’t get a ticket for driving with these. You get a ticket for driving
with lights anywhere above your headlights. I.e. windshield mounted or roof
mounted lights.
Youd have to be carefull with that, make sure the voltage on the fog lights
are the same, or upgrade the fuse iin your kick panel,.

just be careful driving with them cause you can get a ticket for them if
there are other cars out
