You really should change out your front strut/shock to one that is long
enough to compensate for the extra lift and to keep all the parts new. I
installed a 2″ Ironman spring lift (and a 1″ Daystar poly block) on my ’07
Runner Sport Edition and my kit came with longer nitro-filled struts – and
it makes a world of difference in the handling and articulation. My rear
spring lift netted me 3″ of total lift, so I was good there. They did
supply longer shocks for the rear end too. Great kit!!

removing any of those rusty old bolts

Brennan Smith says:

where did you buy those spacers? And is that all you have to do on both
sides to get your vehicle leveled? Also do you think those spacers would
fit a 96 ford ranger? Thanks!

akaredcrossbow says:

I know you said you should replace the shocks in the rear, but Is it
necessary to replace the front struts when doing a suspension lift. Thank
you

bryan wilson says:

they go in between the coil itself??? im asking bc i cant find no video on
them but i have 31″ superswampers on my truck n the front needs to come up

tpawlowskis says:

2:22-2:30. Then you must eat the shock until the sway bar link re attaches
it self
