uppss, barely saw this, it is called the regulator repair kit, bracket.
How do I know if it is that plastic or the motor that is not working? I see
the regulator kit online and everyone says that is the problem. Can you
help me out? I was planning on doing it myself but I don’t know.

Yeah I have the exact same problem – how do you know to just replace
regulator with a metal one OR do you need to replace the motor also?
I know what it is now, it is the plastic that holds the window. Behind it
there is a little plastic that holds the cable and it broke. The motor
works, it is just that little piece but I had to order the whole plastic
from ebay at $20.
