Not being a Jeep guy I would love to know what the purpose of the fan thingy on the axle shaft is. Surely it's not a cooling device of some sort. Maybe it generates " white noise " to mask the tread rumble on made roads. Cheers Eric
A man with both a transmission jack and a suspension jack has trouble handling the awkwardness of a tie bar still attached at one end.
If you use the trans lifter to get the right height and bungee the tie bar onto the plate so it doesn't slide/roll off then life should me much easier…
