Today we are working on Trevors Jeep, he was complaining of the Radiator leaking in his Jeep TJ. Not only that but he didn’t have any heat and radiator hoses were soft. sadly to say Trevor’s cooling system is in a sad state of affairs. not only did we replace the radiator we also replaced radiator hoses and thermostat then refilled with new antifreeze. The antifreeze was shot in this jeep.

Daniel Maldonado says:

Great vid; easy to follow. Have to replace the rad in my 99 TJ. Recommendations for the new one? Is OEM best or aftermarket??

Happytime cyanide says:

I need to replace mine. I was on my way to take my driver's test and I was sitting at a red light about 3 minutes away when my brake pedal started to budge and I felt it shaking. I get a beep from the gauges telling me to check them and my temp is barely in the red. I pull in a gas station and shut it off and it starts smoking. I ended taking and failing my drivers test in my aunt's ford escape.

Damn plastic crimped can radiators…

clk27us says:

check out Flowcooler water pumps. I just put one in my 04 LJ. It was running around 210 normal operating temp before and would get hot pretty quick  durngi the summer when out on the trail going slow.  runs right at 185 now and never gets hot. the flow cooler pump has a higher flow rate at low rpms which is great for trail riding when you don't get any airflow over that rad. something ya might look into if you have to do trevors soon. love your vids man, have helped me out with my jeep many times.

J Dirom says:

Nice! Makes me think I could do stuff and things!

lakrabid says:

Kinda needs a flushing too?

MystikalDawn says:

I've replaced radiators in a lot of Toyota Tundra's because their grill is wide open and people follow too close behind other drivers and when rocks get thrown up they hit the radiator and puncture it and cause a leak. Don't tailgate people! lol

Rocco Liace says:

Nice Job Trevor! Jerry as always Brother thanks for the video tutorial. You guys are great
