where did you get your snorkel and how much ?
good vid, but turn the intake head so it faces the rear for two reasons…
Bug’s and Heavy Rain. last thing you want is a build up of dead bugs or
water in the hose also having it facing the direction your are traveling
doesn’t increase your air intake at all. now, go back on ebay and get some
nail clippers lol

I just put this same kit on my 88 but there was a hose going from the front
of the air box (that I cut off) going to a hole under the manifold on the
driver’s side. I’m pretty sure we have the same engine so I had hoped you’d
have some info on what to do about it. Here’s a pic of what my air box
looked like before I modded it:

opposite the (curise control?) deal is where the hose was attached. No
point in putting a snorkel in if I leave this open on the engine side :/
Any thoughts? I can’t find anything on it anywhere.

Hey I’m thinking about getting the same one from eBay for my 1988 Jeep
Comanche, but I have bushwacker fender flairs and I’m worried about
clearance cause I have 35″ tires and 9″ of lift. If you can do me a favor
and measure the distance from the top of fender to the bottom of the
snorkel that would be great? Thanks
