Greg Marr says:

holy fuck loogie , why not just make a vid where all you say is sand, prime
sand, prime. no fence- beg my pard…just sayin.

98greensi says:

yup heat gun works alright but only lasts 1-3 months i did mine and then
they looked like ass a couple of months later, use a plastic paint or truck
bed liner or use adhesive promoter on the fenders first then use normal
paint either way you’ll be good

d4nzo says:

you can get bumper trim gel for plastic fadded bumper which brings them
back nice temperaly when detailing but tbh the only long lasting method is
repainting or replacing the plastic, due to my car and style of them dont
want to repaint them nor replace so just use the auto glym bumper gel alot
are called back to black aswell

Robert Bard says:

Heyyy, ya gotta check out a band called Moccasin Creek, Badass Redneckers..
Keeps up the good vids . JEEPS FNNNN RULE !!!!

obieezx11 says:

yer normaly six months to make it last longer get some desel fuel and mix

CHECK MY CHANNEL.. MANY RUSTY JEEP VIDS ON MY CHANNEL.. THANKS

san379 . says:

he is now a jeep guy.. not ball bag… its 90’s TEAL GREEN

san379 . says:

great job.. my freinds jeep tj 4cyl. has the same rust but much less cuz i
spray oil inside where the 2 layers of metal are ..thats why the fenders
rust… rustproof your bodywork from the back side ..if not its a 1 yr
repair….even a brush and roof tar or foundation coation and paint thinner
and wheelbearing grease and a 2 inch brush

e hlebcar says:

I had a 97 tj. Loved that jeep. Dont let anyone tell you your fenders dont
look good! Nice job! Dont forget to wave!

TheSmreeder says:

My very 1st comment on your fenders was cut out the rust and either weld
sheet in , or go to the glass. I think I said you could prob glass it for
under a $100. US. Check out a product called Por-15 Maybe Pur-15 then
theres always the Dupont 6160?? They completely stop the spread of
rust…just lightly wire brush and paint it on. The armor tubes by
Smittybuilt are $400+ a pair… glass , bondo , and paint are a $100 Smart
Move Many Blessings and have fun , SMR

Derek Joon says:

Good ol bondo eh! Fuck wasting big money on a Jeep yer gonna thrash on
anyways!

StarPuss www.ToxicRedNeck.Com says:

I would do it the same way , Years down the road you can always change it
out for new ones.

ghettohillbilly1 says:

frig forgot to say nice pliance its coming back nicely as usual

ghettohillbilly1 says:

why bother on a fender thats that far gone, id just bondo it again if you
have to

ghettohillbilly1 says:

shes comin along i do bondo jobs like that all the time out east here in
the land of rust, its a 4×4 if you plan to offroad it i wouldnt worry about
gettin new ones, just another can or 2 of bondo

kd006 says:

Mondo Bondo, hey it will work for a year, meantime you can scope out some
new fenders. Ask around at some body shops most get aftermarket ones from
Korea or China for a fraction of the cost. You guys get hosed on the duty
and VAT up north! Take a look for ‘hack and pack’ or ‘pissers channel’ on
the tubes he does a lot of quick used car patches. Looking forward to
watching the progress, Jeep ON!!

ghettohillbilly1 says:

seems your the goof here bud, nuthin wrong with a bit o bondo

SMILY95 says:

i,m down south usa and i can pick some up at a junk yard for ya for 30
bucks us and ship them at a low declared rate to keep the duties to a min.
just hit me up

Dana Berg says:

Shoulda cut all the rust out, put patch panel in then bondo. That bondo
will spread the rust because it holds air bubbles that in turn can hold
moisture. Which turns to rust. Just tryin to help!

oklahoma outdoors says:

your you tube famous bud you can handle some new fenders eh?

SurviventheOnslaught says:

vettari says:

44beef says:

di the heat gun trick on my truck flares looked good for about a month but
now are worse than ever! I would go with paint made for plastic like krylon
fusion .

TheSmoothGrind says:

That’s true, he seems pretty busy lately. But you guys seem to help each
other out with shit. Like when he was in the cage, you helped him out at
home and Inwood, etc. buy him some merican cigrits for showing of good
brotherhood and order him to fab up some thing nice lol

rednecknber says:

like them colors of the jeep

GoldCars666 says:

So how will it be underneath the fenders? Same deal?

Mike Chamberlain says:

First thing that pops up on google is 74.81 at CarParts.com. but im in
Americas! Hope that helps. Glass works for now though.

Crazylogie says:

Im just watching some videos about it and i will try it soon !!
