You certainly go the extra mile but I was wondering if only one of the relays is used couldn't you have left the relay in place and just used some jump wires on the back of the board from the non-working relay to the working relay to bring that side into use? Then there wouldn't be any need to separate the two boards. Or am I missing something?

Wackey says:

luis you are my Top Dog the way you explain things I have came accross a lot of high end youtubers But i have to say you are brilliant Thanks for sharing your knowledge

Davide Dalla says:

Impressive work man. Keep going

Neil Murphy says:

Why do they put the relays inside on the fusebox why don't they put them outside like the rest of them all new cars have gone down I just don't get it

paul gilliland says:

Very detailed component repair Luis . Wouldn’t it have been easier to find a used board? When I use Inpa software on my e39 after a minute or two it kills the battery stone dead which was from BMW purchased in 2019. My Thinktool Pro can run substantially longer. Crazy.

Marcelo Gunther says:

The first car in a long time with petrol, lol

Ivan Kocher says:

I wonder what the people tasked to manufacture that board sandwich must say. That is a really convoluted assembly. How much money goes into that, instead of having a simpler design.
Nice job doing the 66 x2 solders and even going thru remelting each after cutting them, hat off.

Roy Simon says:

Done well on that one but bet you cannot fix my xjr V8 1999 . So far I spent year on on it .

GZ says:

Thank you for your effort
