Great, finally a really useful video showing all the necessary details about the mirror glas exchange! If you are shown how it is constructed it is much easier to understand how you should do it.

BTW: it is very easy to break the plastic nibbles of the baseplate if you don't dare to pull it out firmly enough in parallel until it finally releases and pull it vertically to early (at least with my old XKR which was sun baked in Rome for to long where the plastic was aging faster than in GB I guess).
