Hi if you have a DSC SYSYEM FAULT LIGHT COME ON WITH ABS LIGHT ON a jaguar s.type 2002 v6 3'0 don't panic go to a garage to get a diagnostic check it will sat what wheel ' once you know take wheel off clean every cog wheel with small screw driver' if sensor has gone go on eBay not main dealer (main dealer £130 eBay £37 ) that's why you can reach under and press release switch on cable end and pull out take bolt out from sensor end and pull sensor out clean area and fit new sensor take about 45 mins of cleaning every cog '' very easy to do once I done this and drove 30 yards abs light went out and all works nice now '' job done for £37 You might get away with just a good clean if cog has dust and dirt build up thanks hope this helps

I changed mine and it was annoying. First of all the screw is all rusty and stripped. Got that off then have to take the back seat off, and feed the new one through this ridiculous "L" shaped pathway hole (it doesnt go straight down.) I had to send a wire down through the hole under the seat and fish it up. And it didnt even fix the probelm I was having which was no cruise, no speedometer and no odometer. I think it might be reluctor rings now. Can't wait for that task.

Simply remove the Allen head Bolt? LOL…. DID YOU SEE THAT ALLEN HEAD?? Good luck my man. I am facing the same repair…They are a cake walk to replace…When the hardware cooperates that is. I dont see how youre going to get THAT bolt out however. Good Luck….and maybe its time to get out the Oxy-Acetelyne torch?
