2010 Jaguar XF Quick fix for non- rotating vents easy DIY fix at zero cost

Auto rotation of the XF vents quick and easy fix zero cost UK and USA Models. if the auto rotating vents have stopped working try this. Understand the top of the line cars were fitted with INSTANT heating this fails and when it does the vents don’t rotate. this simple fix bypasses the preheating element and they then work. sadly you will have to wait for the car to warm up like everyone else now

Any chance you happen to know the part number of the cables? I went to fix mine just to see that they where just not there and yes I was looking on the correct side because the mounting hole for the screws where there and it was the left side of the car. Please and thanks
